You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any message.

  • Necessary to complete our services

  • Useful for maintaining client portfolios or project archives (with consent)

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 10).

While we take these precautions seriously, no online system is 100% secure, and users submit data at their own risk.

9. Media Rights & Usage

By participating in any McDon Productions or affiliated brand session (including Badass Visuals), you grant McDon Productions and its assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, edit, and distribute the captured media—including photos, videos, and designs—for promotional, advertising, portfolio, educational, or commercial purposes in any medium, now known or hereafter developed.

This includes use on websites, social platforms, digital campaigns, printed materials, and presentations.

Clients may request in writing prior to production if they wish for their media to remain private. Once production or editing has begun, all creative and promotional rights remain with McDon Productions.

Raw files, working files, and original project assets remain the intellectual property of McDon Productions unless explicitly purchased or licensed in writing.

10. Client Rights & Data Control

We respect client privacy but maintain necessary control to ensure proper business operations and brand consistency.

Clients have the right to:

  • Request access to their personal data (contact info, invoices, forms, etc.).

  • Correct inaccuracies in stored information.

  • Opt out of marketing communications.

However, McDon Productions retains the right to:

  • Preserve project records, contracts, and deliverables for portfolio, legal, and business purposes.

  • Maintain backup archives to ensure business continuity.

  • Continue using approved media in perpetuity as granted under this agreement.

Content created under paid or collaborative projects remains part of our creative portfolio and historical archive. Requests for data deletion or content removal will not override signed agreements or previously granted licenses.

11. International Data Transfers

If you are located outside the U.S., your data may be processed in the United States where our servers are located.
By using our services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in accordance with this policy.

12. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The updated version will have a new “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
